Caught a few gills for lunch tomorrow! #🐟🌮’s!

Had a great day bass fishing and caught a mess of gills for lunch tomorrow too. Caught the bass with a 5” green pumpkin trick worm on a 1/8oz shakey head. Blue gills were caught with a 2” purple b-vibe paddle tail minnow on a 1/16oz lead head. All were close to the bank 2’-6’ deep.

A few this evening with a jig.

Crappie and bass day. Crappie spawning not far off the banks about 4’ deep. I caught them using a Johnson 2” swim bait black and pink with a 1/32oz jig head. Bass were shallow around wood. I used a wacky rig 4” sinko green pumpkin.

Caught several blue gill and 2 crappie using a white ice panfish assassin with a 1/16 oz jig head. All were 5’-7’ deep around wood.
